“ Surprisingly good. We usually eat at Big Wood BBQ when we come into town, but they were closed so we decided to try the Fusion Buffet. Glad we did. Nice clean place, friendly staff, plenty of parking. The "American/Asian Fusion" sounded weird at first but it's actually a great idea, something for everyone. Priced very reasonably at 15/person, plenty of items to choose from and tasty. I loaded up my plate with Fried Rice, Noodles, and small bites of several items. My wife tried one of the soups, really enjoyed it along with her ribs, wontons, and sides. My only complaint is that while the Fried Rice was very good, I like egg in it..but that's a personal preference. I really like that everything wasn't over-spiced, nice subtle flavors. We will definitely be back, kinda wish I had gotten a take out order to bring into work tomorrow. ”
“ Definitely one of the better buffets I have been to. The food is actually tasty and good quality. I went a few times and tried a good variety. Everything was good and fresh. The price is very reasonable. They also offer takeout at 7.50 per pound. ”
“ Ok to be honest we thought it was a joke. Country Asian fusion? So we decided this is strange enough we have to see how bad it was going to be. The first section is the Country portion and had the fried chicken baked chicken mashed potatoes gravy and the usual trimmings. The Chinese section. Had the American Chinese dishes. All of the food was very good and better than any right it had to be. ”

“ YUMMY! We stopped here to eat on Valentines Day when we were traveling, and it was soooooo good. We stuffed ourselves. The managers stop by your table to make sure you are happy. They serve a fusion of both Country vittles and Chinese food, including sushi, so if you crave it, they most likely have it! Everything was top notch ”
“ Fusion Buffet, is an amazing place to eat, the food there was hot, it wasn't too tough, the waitresses were amazing at their jobs it was 12.99 for each adult and there were two of us our total was 33.19 plus the 10% tip we gave our beautiful young waitress atmosphere was amazing the desserts were so good the only bad thing was the skin on the fried chicken was a bit tough on the outside for my fiance. very clean and amazing restaurant to dine in at. “ An Asian/Country style buffet in Live Oak, FL. overall, the food is good and well worth the 14.99 for all you can eat, but fresh is always better, so some items can be hit or miss like the dinner rolls. Fresh, they are amazing, but after sitting out, they get hard and are a letdown. But, overall, it's a nice place to eat, though it's a little outdated and could use a renovation. ”
